Development description
We believe that to sustain the impact we have on learners and students, we need to groom them into seasoned leaders by exposing them to experienced leaders as well as affording them opportunities to demonstrate their leadership skills, through our existing programs. This will enable them to go back to their communities and provide that sustained leadership, making the change they would like to see. Our development programs are delivered through leadership courses as well as standout conversation sessions, focusing on topics and concepts that are relevant for the empowerment of the Learners and students. Our development is centred around thought leadership, social entrepreneurship, digital literacy, and future-proofing.
